This is a bone dry sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Showing limes, grapefruits, spices and black pepper. Light to medium in body with high acidity. Crisp and refreshing. A good food wine, or to sip on by the pool. Not bitter on the ending which I liked. A Good quality wine. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. 13.5% alcohol by volume 84 points. $18.
