Loyal sipper and table wine. Slight spice. Medium/light body but black pepper and mustard seed carry it through. Winter or summer red

Translucent garnet. Red currants, blackberry, light baking spice. Light start, fruity to bitter, to chalky tannins with some significant acidity. Needs fatty meat.

I picked this up from a Whole Foods when it was on sale, and did not expect too much from it... I let it sit for about an hour prior to drinking, and I really enjoyed it! It's dry, but very flavorful. Notes of cherry in a lingering echo of taste after I drink it... I very pleasant surprise for something so cheap.
