One of my favorite all occasion casual white wines. It's a little sweet, but not too sweet, very refreshing. Best served very chilled. As it got closer to room temperature it became too sweet and I didn't like it as much.

Delicious and sweet at first (definitely tasting the Riesling) but then the buttery Chardonnay takes over your tastebuds. I love Riesling and Pinot Grigio but could do without the over powering Chardonnay funking up this white blend. Overall it's okay.

Apothic blends never disappoint me, never great, but always good. This is a sweet white, tastes of apricot and peach, with a crisp finish. A food pairing would have to be something that would benefit from this wines sweetness, Hmmm ?, pork chops comes to mind.
