AJ Gubser
Nose of pine needles, mint, anise, chicory, and bread crust. Chocolate, creamed coffee, toffee, folowed by the woodsy/piney/spruce notes. Perhaps some cinnamon as well. Bitterness is medium and balances the sweetness of the malt well. Delicious and complex as always. Spice and malt are very well balanced.
