For cheap bubbly, this is pretty fantastic! A little Cab Franc funk which gives ways to rose petals, fresh guava, and ripe melon. Bone-dry, beginning with June strawberries and opening into blood orange and key lime pith. Finishes in lovely ripe, watermelon and mango. I love this!

First days glass had a lot of SO2, nothing like a little burn in the nose. Also had some Franc funk once it warmed up (100%Cab Franc) The second day was much better. Have this (the second day) with a brunch or lunch and you'll enjoy it. Nice balance and clean finish.

This one is 100% Cab Franc, perhaps one of the reasons I like it so much. Light strawberry or raspberry mixed with flinty brightness on the nose and palate. Bubbles are tight and small, has a longer lingering taste on the palate compared to other sparkling wines, and is still relatively low alcohol.

Nose is red flowers namely roses with some underlying spice, green bell pepper and mint.. A bit challenged on the aroma. Palate has some strawberries and earthiness up front with some ripe orange and a mixture of sweetness and acidity mid way through. Finish has some subtle sweet bell pepper flavor, but overall definitely dry. Fun, interesting little sparkler. Has some interesting food pairing potential.
