Beautiful dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim. Nice nose of black currants, sweet cherries, licorice, vanilla, oak, cloves, spices, leather, earth, milk chocolate, metals, mocha, acetone and black pepper. Medium plus in body and jammy, with medium acidity and long legs. Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, dark chocolate, coffee, mocha, spices and peppercorn. Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and spices. This California Cabernet is a great everyday wine. Nicely balanced and not very complex, but at a great price. Would benefit from one more year in the bottle as it is a little tight at this stage. Enjoyable by itself or with food like BBQ Meats. 13.5% alcohol by volume.

A very deep, dark, expressive Cab. Dark plum, chocolate, spice, and oak on the nose with additional notes of blackberry and raisin. Full bodied, dry, and tannic. A pretty awesome Cabernet Sauvignon!

Nice finish with round tannins and tangy cranberries. This inexpensive California Cabernet is well balanced with mild complexity. Good by itself or with food. A good sipping wine and nice for parties, too. Good right out of the bottle and better after an hour in a decanter. Enjoyable when lightly chilled. 13.5% alcohol by volume.
