I'm always underwhelmed by this wine. I much prefer every other NZ Sauvignon Blanc I've ever tried. I know it has an excellent reputation and I buy it when it's on sale and I don't see a known better option on the shelf, but I think this is the last time I fall for it. Just no personality in the bottle. I miss the herbaceous flavor I find in other NZ wines.

my new favorite! very crisp. enjoyable minerality. Notes of juicy grapefruit, maybe lemon? Finishes with lovely lemongrass, and a bit of jalapeño. 10/10!

Pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, typical from NZ. On the palate simple flavors of peach, grapefruit, lemongrass and citrus zest with grassy notes. Medium finish ending with fruit and mineral citrus character.
