Sipping Fine Wine
Tried a new batch, Pale pink Salmon, dominated by Pinot Noir this CA sparkler shows aromas of stone and berry fruit, with biscuit notes, medium mousse and good bubble flow. On the palate flavors of peach and red berry with yeast and mineral notes on a medium finish ending with fruit, mineral and biscuit character.

Bubbly left over from New Years; a great night to indulge as I’ve got time to drink some. Salmon pink with pinpoint bubbles. Yeasty nose with a hint of fresh floral shop scent. Crisp, mild cherry and red fruit flavor, slight malic aftertaste with a cherry pulp, cherry cough drop flavor. Nothing to dislike here, great value.
