...The 2015 Kabinett from this great vineyard is an utterly brilliant wine, offering up a magical bouquet of pear, white cherry, vanilla bean, a great base of slate, a youthful touch of petrol and a topnote of white flowers. On the palate the wine is medium-full, pure as well water and beautifully filigreed, with a lovely core of fruit, superb structural tension and a very, very long, laser-like and pristine finish.
