Oremus Mandolás Tokaji Dry Furmint Blend 2017
Straw colored in the glass with green reflections, this Hungarian dry Furmint has aromas of lemon blossom and Granny Smith apple. It is very well balanced with nice minerality and flavors of stone fruit and lemon curd before the pleasantly tart finish. Wine Enthusiast

Lovely with a bit of air. A bit of wood on the opening—thankfully this fades as the wine opens up. Fragrant, great minerality. Almost Chablis-like. Lemon, oyster shell, great acidity.
