The wine offers up a fine nose of tart pear, bread dough, a touch of lemongrass, plenty of smokiness and a fine base of salty soil tones. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and complex, with impressive mid-palate intensity, elegant mousse, fine soil signature and a long, vibrant and well-balanced finish.
