Ripe dark cassis, dry cranberries, ripe rhubarb, dry cranberries, cooked strawberries, dusty brown earth, crushed volcanic minerals, cedar, leather, tobacco, spice-box, dry floral bouquet and lean fresh fruit to dry long finish. Consistent throughout. Out of 3L. Wine of the day there.
