...It has an exquisite bouquet, very open and spicy hints of ginger and orange rind, gaining intensity all the time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine line of acidity, very harmonious and focused, almost understated towards the finish with yellow plum, nectarine and light orange zest notes. The 2017 Chablis Grenouille Grand Cru is superb. So often wines from this site can feel a bit edgy, but here the 2017 stands out for its striking textural finesse.
