Light straw; mineral and orchard fruit nose (best of the Fevre tasting); palate full, round and rich with a fine mineral expression. This is enjoyable now, but lacking a little firmness for some drinkers.

For me this is a “fat” Chablis, filled with ripe apple and vanilla flavours. Really nice but this is a wine for the long term.
