...the 2016 Corton-Charlemagne from Domaine Antonin Guyon was spot on and absolutely singing at the time of my visit. The bouquet jumps from the glass in a refined blend of apple, pear, fresh almond, a complex base of chalky soil tones, white flowers and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and rock solid at the core, with excellent focus and grip, crisp acids and superb balance and cut on the long, nascently complex and properly reserved finish. A classic in the making. John Gilman, A View from the Cellar

My style more. Quite oaky n dry but innagraded n more complex. Still almost demanding. Yet tasty. Didn’t gain w temp, though.

Was sold to me as a 2012. Turns out was a 2016. Way to fat a fruity. Needs to mellow. Unbalanced
