It was a decent wine. Drinkable. The WS 93 rating is questionable. Bought from Costco.

A great introduction to classic style. Balsamic, sweet N sour, black berry jam & tart red fruits (cranberry, cherry) . Cedar, roasted coconut, vanilla bean. Sweaty sock, old leather purse.

This 2012 needs about an hour to open up. The nose is restrained and subtle with cranberry, blackberry and vanilla. Acidity is slightly in the higher side, but made the palate very vibrant. No complain for a $15 Rioja reserva.
