Delicious. The red fruit has settled. Now it’s roses, soft wild strawberry, chalk. Lovely balance. Subtle fruit and minerality blended well. In a really good place to drink now.

Light salmon color. Nice energy in the glass. Yeasty nose. Also notes of cranberries, white chalk, kiwi fruit and some wet stones. Nice mouth feel and acidity that pairs with fruit that hides in the background. Lots of power in this. Still a baby.

A blend of 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay, this Champagne exudes a overbearing presence with intense smokey notes followed by raspberries, cherries, grapefruit, anise, and chalk dust. A mid to full bodied Champagne with intense fizziness, tart red fruit flavors intermixing with honey on entry. A balanced midpalate with refreshing acidity, citrus peel, and steely mineral notes that linger on the palate for quite some time.
