Araujo’s 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard is a picture perfect example of the year. Vibrant, precise and beautifully chiseled, the 2010 boasts serious depth and concentration. The aromas and flavors are incredibly vivid in this textured, dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon. Hints of dark blue and black fruit, mocha, espresso and grilled herbs flesh out on the huge finish... The 2010 is a super-classic Eisele Cabernet Sauvignon from Araujo. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2035. Robert Parker Wine Advocate

It’s been about 4 years since I last had this wine. Has evolved nicely, and still has many years left. Deep ruby. Primarily black and blue fruit, full bodied, silky on entry, fine grained tannins, mocha, espresso, nice medium + length finish. Pnp, but a joy to see it evolve in the glass. Incredible wine, deserves its praise.

1.5 hour decant(decent fine/cloudy sediment). A majestic dark garnet color with some bricking. On the nose: bursting from the glass are beautiful notes of blackberry/cherry, smoked wood, bacon, slight funky soil, eucalyptus, and cedar. Taste: Nice! Silky, smooth wine with sour cherry, graphite, cedar, currants, and a earthy black pepper finish with a very slight tannic kick. YUM! Nice start to the weekend

Very fragrant, floral & jammy. Well rounded , balanced; with a bright entry, red berries, finish is spicy, baking spices. Very delicious.

I was given this glass and asked what I think. I thought it was delicious and while I’m no expert nor have I been trained at all which you can easily tell from my posts, I was wowed from the first sip. This wine evolves in your mouth and just continues to impress. Rich beautiful flavors combines to make a lasting impression. Simply a delight.
