Mistook it for a scotch when I tasted it blind. My birthday shot is impressively different. I feel like if I knew it was an Irish whisky, my rating would have been lower. There's a sweetness to it and I appreciate every bit.

Vanilla and butterscotch sweets on the nose. Palate has sweet notes of caramel, toffee and spice. Has a nice balance of flavours and aromas whilst remaining medium bodied and smooth. A nice Irish blended whiskey. The blend is 80% malt which makes it desirable. •40% ABV• September 4, 2020
