Rich, amber color with somewhat thin legs. Medium intensity primary aromas of dried apricots, blackberry jam, vanilla bean, honey, and orange marmalade. Secondary notes of beeswax, slight floral overtones, toffee, and baking spices. Luxurious mouthfeel, with a bit of initial burn, but not too much to overpower the flavors that echo the nose. This is Baklava in a glass! Medium + finish. Excellent! And to think...I could've been capturing whisky on Delectable all these years!

Madeline and cornbread entry succumbs to rice paper smoke aromas and flint-strike nose. Lemongrass, ginger and smoke emerge momentous and peaty in the middle with caramel and hazelnut oil fringes. Depth for leagues, and a clean-up-set finish with chive and nutmeg, brown sugar and lemon oil.
