Thanks to Will Burkholder at Fine Wine Dump for setting up the visit and Spring Mtn folks for a great tour. I am a big fan of SM and have a lot in the cellar. So I broke out this Elivette. Fantastic! Drinks like a 1990's Cali Cab. Smooth with a lot of layers!!
