Pour this for your friends blind and ask them where it is from ;-). 65% Merlot, the balance Bordeax varieties. Sleek and elegant.

While visiting my uncle in Silver Spring, he had this open from the night before. Very well-balanced on dark fruit, tannin and acidity. Perfect with our grilled steaks.

Bordeaux blend from Virginia. In the blue ridge mountains. Merlot dominate. Surprisingly rich. Big extraction with huge blue and black fruits, minerals chewy soft tannins an solid acidity to give it lift. Had it half a bottle open for two days and showing much better now. Who knew! What a surprise
