Plush and open for business. Also really love the packaging on these wines - lots of attention to detail

This Thomas River Brown Cabernet has a great mix of red and black fruit. The mild acidity of the red fruit is balanced with a bold jamminess of the back fruit. Mild hints of vanilla and mineral also balance out the bold berry flavors. The rounded tannins give this wine the added structure and complexity as seen with French oak, however this wine is California (Napa) hill fruit in a bottle and no hints of Bordeaux are evident. Another winner by Thomas River Brown.

Young. Chalky fruit. Does have some personality but needs time to develop complexity.
