Incredible for 2012...caught off by color, quite light and see thru with med ruby. Dark cherry, dried, leather and green tobacco with black tea. Med plus tannins, med acid. Alcohol high. Some oak present here with cinnamon and baking spices...Drank over two nites in nyc hotel when kids crashed! Delightful wine. Wife bought for me, couldn’t be better!

Fantastic Brunello! Lovely aromas of dark fruit, violets, spices, Forrest Floor, and grilled herbs. Dark cherry fruit on the pallet with hints of orange zest and mushroom. Long floral ladened finish. Bristling acidity. Beautifully elegant and delicate but there is also great depth and complexity. Excellent!

Much better than last vintage in my opinion. So fragrant with sweet flowers (wish I knew my flowers). Balanced. Silky. Elegant. 93 points
