Bright cherry-berry fruits and rosy florals form a spicy bouquet as the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens in the glass. This is cool-toned and racy in feel with juicy acidity that propels its tart wild berry fruits. This leaves a subtle coating of fine tannins to linger as licorice and lavender hints slowly fade. Unique Cabernet Sauvignon I've had in a while! Lower tannins than your typical cabsab. High notes of strawberries and honey. Almost tastes like a merlot, but in a good way.
