Light clean marble nose, almost gesso, but with a coconut water and balsa hint. Heavy textured mouthfeel. Grainy, but round. Sweet apple all day long! Both texturally with the custard and grainy feel, and taste-wise minus the cinnamon notes. Also, not as sweet. Long, persistent finish with mineral reemergence, then a nice sweet almost lychee in milk note.

My favorite sake. Not sweet. Creamy, well rounded, smooth, heavy mouthfeel. Not gritty. Chilled is good, but room temp is also lovely. Some coconut, but in a balanced manner; NOT overpowering or fake.
