This village-level Chablis offers classic aromas of iodiney oyster shell and lime with a sexy suggestion of baked bread. Its thick, ripe flavors of orange zest and ginger are perfectly leavened by racy lemony acidity. Pair this penetrating wine with food now or hold it for 6 to 12 months. (ST)

Wet river stone minerality, very bright acidity with underripe apricot, white peach, white flowers, lemon rind, woolen and madeirized notes

Earthy, very traditional Chablis. Lots of minerality; ocean air, crushed oyster shells, wet river stone, some chalk. The fruit is secondary; showing Meyer lemon, Persian lime, white grapefruit. Finishes with hints of toasted almonds.

Very zingy, lots of green apple over shells with good body. The finish comes up a little short but this is Villages Chablis punching well above its weight.

Lemon and grass nose, like a restrained nz sauv blanc. On the palate, good acid attack supported by rocks and seashell. Apricot/stone fruit finish is a little soft. Good village Chablis - great with shellfish and gone way too quickly.
