2012 - Delicious with a vibration of peaking interest. Has an essence of a lightly hopped finish. Having tasted all of Bordelet's different Apple and pear cuvees I must say this is the least profound to me, or rather on the conventional side. Nonetheless this is delicious and I would suggest that if one is going on the journey to get all the cuvees and drink them all at once so you know what it is you are doing. This one is so casual is doesn't matter where you are or what you are doing it will fit nicely, guaranteed.

Lovely medium gold color aromas of apple pie cinnamon stick and lemon tart. It's delightfully refreshing with very little sweetness just a hint to make it off-dry and well balanced acidity. At only 6%abv you can quaff it quite nicely.
