New Years without Eric bórdelet cider feels unnatural at this stage of my life. Slightly frizzante, slightly sweet, dry, & scrumptious.

330 ml love juice ❤️ Cider isn't a drink I'd typically reach for, but if it's Eric Bordelet (or Jacques Perritaz), I'd drink it in a heartbeat. Off-dry with high acidity. Fruity, pure, fresh, and so balanced. Yummo!

The benchmark in our little cider study! It always delivers with such pure fruit and guzzle-worthy sugar-acidity balance.

New Years part 1: still, the winner of the New Years populist vote, even over a Lafite-is this baby. Has levels, is dry, & evokes pear memories like Willy Wonka
