Very intense. Some barnyard notes but great richness underlies it. Gorgeous fruit. Lovely

This was unreal! Thank you @Martin G Rivard for kicking off the long weekend in style. Sensational nose of sweet red fruit and spice. Elegant lines, tremendous structure and off the charts length. Just built power and weight in the glass. Game changer.

This was brooding and took some time to fire up. When it did it was quite dense and chewy with a soy, plum and exotic spice profile. Very concentrated with exceptional length but not as much lift as the '04. But damn good. My #3 of the night and thank you to THE @Martin G Rivard for his amazing generosity.

@Ron R @David L Thanks for taking this Pic Ron!!! The 90 was tight out of the bottle. The 04 was showing significantly better. Obviously, these aren't meant to be pop & pours. I found the 04 plateauing and to 90. Onto yes to evolve in the glass. I think this bottle has40+ years left in it. It's that good. I prefer Richebourg in comparison of DRC burgs but this was a Rockstar nonetheless. Such purity and Elegance prancing on your palate with a finish that lingered for minutes. I've been saving this bottle for a special occasion and last nights Wine Nerd Herd event fit the bill!

I'm not F'in worthy. This just blew me away. Too young, but has a superb runway ahead of it. Light on its feet. Deftly balanced with light notes of cinnamon, raspberries. Finishes complex, and with polished tannins. Set this aside for another 5 years.

1990. So young but so promising. Floral, spicy rich and silky. Long.

Niceee. After the flight of Rousseau we did a flight of these. Little richer, sweeter, plumper sort of stuff. Made sense. At the time at least? Good amount of dusty dirty barnyardy funk. Tart cherry. Spicy like walking by the Royal Bangladesh.
