Crushed mulberries, smoked ham, Provencal herbs and beef blood. Beautiful and complex wine that superbly blends the tradtional, transparant and elegant signature of the domain with the seductive richness of the vintage. Not too sweet for my taste, probably due to 30% Mourvedre/Syrah. I don’t see the 99/100 from TWA, but it’s frigging delicious nonetheless.

This wine and I fought over 3 days, wanted to like but ultimately decided there are many more wines more enjoyable. Heavy dry tannin, plum and tart cranberry that was deconstructed and massively high VA for a 10yr old cdp. that ended hot. Tried alone, with food, none satisfied. I think it might be best while smoking pot but I'm 30years past that vice...

Over ripe cranberries simmered in blood, beef, and raw bacon served in a scorched cigar box and drizzled with molasses. Nice change of pace. I prefer a little more minerality but this is still really good.

Wow, nice CdP. At first I thought this may be too old, but as it opened up it shows a nice acidic finish. I won't wait too much longer to drink my remaining bottle.

Yum. Light cherry and strawberry on the nose. Perfect balance and long long long finish.
