Was never a vintage but the vines from this land had a different say. Frankly, she's past her "sold by" date but it was worth a whirl. Still highly drinkable but not LaTour Grand VIn standards

Ch. Latour gets my vote for being the 1st growth with the most success in "lesser vintages". Unfortunately this was an off-bottle (slight TCA) and not showing as good as the previous bottle I enjoyed. NR.

What a happy surprise! Not a great vintage but still classic and delicious!
