A solid wine for the price. Dark crushed cherry jubilee nose.. Those crushed cherries predominant, a touch of the obscure mint, medium. Bodied with a lovely mouthfeel, amd the slightest of ripe fruit sweetness. High acidity, and perfect grape skin tannins. A good Negroamaro, gets better every year.

On the palate concentrated berry fruit flavors, a bit jammy and sweet, lively acidity, surprisingly great balance. Firm tannins yielding a medium finish ending with noticeable alcohol. Good value for a wine with a bit of complexity.
