Smells of cranberry scone Lighter than previous vintages, baking spices, skin tannin mid palette, painting the way for blackberry jam, without the sugar. Acid and tannin are mellow and together, the oak gives off a Lot of vanillin. Easy quaffer. And from the label, this winery loves their play with fonts!

Great dark berry fruit, rich and substantial but good balance, this 2016 is drinking well now. Subtle earthiness makes this very interesting.
