Slightly tart blackberries and a suggestion of toast on the nose, followed by wild blueberries and creamy vanilla notes in the mouth. Finishes with a rush of zippy acidity. This shows more oak than other Bedrock zins I’ve had. It’s still terrific; I would just give the next one a few more years for everything to integrate further.

Just so good. The way you want your wine to taste. Well me anyway. Jammy, full, and rich. A delight of blackberries, strawberries, peach preserves. The black fruits abound. This is a Zin that screams why we love our wines. Big fan of Bedrock.!

Big blackberry and jam flavor. Deacnted for about an hour. Still needs a bit more time in the bottle to smooth out, but big zin flavor profile.
