North Berkeley Imports stands behind all products it imports from Europe and sells to customers in the United States. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a question about a wine you have purchased, please contact our Berkeley office at 800.266.6585 between 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT. Store credit, without exception, is applied to any returned products.
