Aligoté with a Meursault soul -- red apples, lemon zest, wildflowers, acacia honey and a light nutty note in its aromas. Fresh and juicy, abundantly flavorful; lemons and limes and pears and sea salt. Aged for one year in older French oak barrel, and another year in cement egg – this is the same treatment that winemaker Vincent Boyer’s premier cru Meusault wines get.
