‘Vaillons’ is one of the largest premier cru plots in Chablis, southwest of the village. Facing southeast; soils are pure Kimmeridgian limestone marl. Here a touch more body and citrus-infused soul makes for a very pleasing yet still refreshing northern Burgundian Chardonnay.
