Remoissenet Père et Fils is a reference point for refined Burgundy wines. Facing east, ’Gréchons’ sits at altitude on the eastern side of the historic hill of Corton. The site’s chalky soils, rich in fossilized material, is noble indeed; the wine is abundantly floral, with flavors of citrus, white peach and light honey.
