Completely organic farming techniques are used. 27 acres on the property, 25 of which are Grand Cru Bouzy. Plums and bright juicy fruit dominate here with refreshing acidity and an elegant bead.

This is Brut Reserve and not Extra Brut. While well priced for entry level Champagne, clearly this is produced from young base wine with very little if any reserve wine. Well made although not very complex.
