For nearly 300 years, the Vesselle family has been tilling the chalky soils of Bouzy and cultivating some of the village’s best-placed Pinot Noir vines. This Coteaux Champenois - still red wine from the Champagne region - is essentially the 'vin clair' of the estate's Pinot Noir-based Champagnes. The soul of Champagne, but no bubbles!
