A selection of fruit from vines on the lower slope of this grand cru vineyard, where soils are mostly limestone gravel, deep and mineral. Gorgeous texture and layers of flavor. Hand-harvested. Partially destemmed; fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks on indigenous yeasts. Aged in older French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
