80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. A beautiful and refined Champagne with Chardonnay in the driving seat, complemented by the spicy energy of Pinot Meunier. The 2015 vintage in Champagne was extraordinary, both in quality and consistency, and this rare bottle (the domaine produces just a few hundred each vintage) is a shining example. Hand-harvested. Pressed directly; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Malolactic conversion allowed. Aged for six years in bottle. Dosage 3 grams/L.
