A single-vineyard selection from ‘Les Hauts Beugnets’ (also the source of Francis’ delightful single-vineyard Meunier Champagne), this white wine is plush and vibrant, with a dazzling display of yellow stone fruit and poached citrus, toasty brioche and warm vanilla.
