Absolutely wonderful golden color. Caramel, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle. And the restaurant was wonderful too

A nice way to start. Nice crisp champagne with slight oxidation, beautiful long finish. Pear, golden apple, and hints of caramel.

Wowza. This is stunning. Immensely concentrated with riveting energy and power, 2012 Millésime is simply explosive, wafting from the glass with layers of rich orchard fruit, pastry crust, roasted nuts and drizzles of caramel. The palate is seamless and precise in its richness, with a chalky minerality and crazy long finish. One for the ages. ✨

Just perfect Champagne. Ridiculously expensive, and I’m not sure the price is reasonable, but excellent wine. Tiny bubbles and flavorful white wine, with a fragrant nose.

WOY for me to date, this is insanely deep, powerful and pure, in the age vintage I would think this is a hard one to beat for a blend. Layer after layer, revealing so many dimensions of complexity and depth. It's rare I find a Champagne that beats almost all the top labels, this just about does it for me, would have to try more 2005 like Salon, Krug, etc. to see for sure but this is outstanding!

Outstanding. Extended tirage. Super complex - stone fruit, brioche, marzipan, ginger, bruised apple. Just singing - super bright acidity wrapped in a blanket of slightly oxidized nuttiness. Still energetic, finishes very long. Wow.
