NV. Lots of chalk, lemon, tart cherry, crab apple, Golden apple compote. Bit of a shortbread and red flower-y nose. Good length, clean, mineral-forward. Very zesty.

Fascinating w/ some post-disgorgement evolution. Who says PM cannot age? Upfront, fleshy, bouncing with beautiful juicy fruit, damp earth minerality, and lovely caramelized notes. Baked golden apple, dried apricot, grilled peach, clafoutis, spun sugar, creme brûlée, brown butter, button mushroom, wet earth. 40 months on lees, 11/2012 disgorgement

My favorite champagne yet, in all the years drinking it. This is the benchmark for grower champagne. 100% Pinot Munier. Alpine strawberry scone, warm and yeast nose, Tangy deliciousness , pillows of creamy blueberry, sour cherry compote, and Buddha palm acidity. Wow, I am in Love... Happy NYE !

The first of 6 Champagnes and a Pinot Noir at the Egly-Ouriet Wine dinner hosted by Champagne authority Tyson Stelzer. This is 100% Pinot Meunière. Mildly earthy with medium plus minerality. Little overt fruit flavours. Savoury. Needs food.

This disgorgement showed a much more serious side of things, more postured and etched out. Still has all the life that PM brings but all dressed up for the party this time. I love this wine/producer and have never been disappointed. 100PM, 10/2016 disgorgement
