From the winemaker: Bahl Briney is a Boontling (our local slang dialect) term meaning excellent quality from our coastal region. This appellation blend Chardonnay is unique as it is sourced from two sites on opposite sides of Anderson Valley. The aromas consist of crushed rocks and flint with Meyer lemon and lychee notes. The entry is fresh and vibrant with citrus, stone fruits and wet stones with a touch of salinity hinting its coastal proximity. Pair with fresh king salmon or your favorite creamy cheeses.
