Domaine Vigot Fabrice Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir 2016

A selection from Vosne vineyards ‘La Colombière,’ near the heart of the village and planted in 1979/1980, and ‘La Croix Blanche,’ at the border with Nuits, planted in 1947/1948. Soils mix limestone and clay. Hand-harvested. Partially destemmed (70%); fermented on indigenous yeasts in steel tank. Aged for 18 months in 228L tonneaux (20% new). Unfined and unfiltered.
