A selection from vineyard ‘La Colombière,’ near the heart of the village and planted in 1979/1980. Soils mix limestone and clay. Hand-harvested. Partially destemmed (70%); fermented on indigenous yeasts in steel tank. Aged for 18 months in 228L tonneaux (20% new). Unfined and unfiltered.
