Young. But tasty. #grenache (and a lil #syrah ) Juicy, nice weight. Substantial fruit with pepper and a subtle minerality.

Carbonic maceration. Haven't had a GSM blend in a minute, diet cherry pepsi with great, rough tannins. Tannins triumph over acid. Moderate black pepper, licorice (red, black, and herbal!), mint, a little juicy with ripe plums and and the alcohol fits in great at 14.5%. Utterly love the balance of depth in this heavy full-bodied wine while the maceration style keeps this wine fairly refreshing. Some mineral and oak noticed. Wouldn't change a thing about this

Very descriptive Gigondas! First touch of white pepper, followed by berry flavors and ending in mid high tannins. Great with lamb.
